Pilates in the Park

Begin your summer with an early morning mat Pilates class! This class is for all levels and will focus on traditional mat exercises. Class is limited to 12 participants.

Please bring:

-yoga mat

-towel (in case the ground is wet)

-water

-wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in

Waivers must be signed prior to taking the class. Please see the homepage to complete your waiver.

Class is non-refundable unless it is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events. There is no rain date for this event.

Parking is available on site.
