What to bring:
-Please bring your own mat to class
-Dress comfortably - Clients may choose to be barefoot, wear socks or shoes during class. (sneakers must be clean for the gym floor)
-Bring a water bottle
Please Note: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the class is cancelled by Michelle Murphy. By purchasing your spot, you acknowledge that you are physically able and well enough to participate in class. A completed waiver must be signed at the first class before participating.
