Participation & Waiver: Please make sure you’re feeling well and are physically able to safely participate in a Pilates class. If you have an injury, medical condition, or concerns about whether Pilates is right for you, please check with your healthcare provider before participating. A signed waiver is required before participating in class. Listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and always move at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds unless the class is canceled by the instructor. However, life happens if plans change unexpectedly, just shoot me a message!
